Building a unified, recognised professional standard through membership
Professional membership demonstrates commitment to standards, ethical practice and continuing development. IFECASA helps professionals across the region understand IFE membership pathways, prepare the required evidence and plan progression from entry-level engagement through technician and member grades.
STEAM Professional Development

STEAM brings together short CPD, professional-proficiency learning, operational programmes, supervisory and tactical development, strategic leadership and preparation for recognised examinations and credentials.
