Employer Partners work towards engaging at least 50% of their workforce in an agreed membership pathway: 25% Student, 15% TIFireE and 10% MIFireE. Phased implementation plans are available.

Confirm workforce data and membership commitment.

Receive and settle the initial membership invoice.

Begin the staged Employer Partnership or accreditation application.

Submit evidence, receive feedback and complete any required review or visit.

Complete onboarding, orientation and LMS configuration.
